Covid-19 measures

At Hotel con Corazón your well-being and that of our team comes first, which is why we have implemented additional measures to reduce the risks of Covid-19. All our staff has followed training courses for the correct management of sanitary measures. In addition, we have complied with the requirements of the government for the sanitation of the hotel and the procedures to follow. Thereby we are aligned with all government health requirements, among which you will find the following upon your arrival.

Check-in

Upon entering the hotel, every staff member, guest and visitor passes by a sanitary filter to clean hands and shoes. Our receptionist takes temperature and desinfects guest luggage. Floor signs have been installed to respect the social distance guidelines at check-in. Pens, credit card terminal and other items at the reception are sanitized after use. Please know that throughout Mexico, face masks are obligatory in public spaces.

Rooms

The cleaning team follows a strict procedure in their cleaning and sanitizing processes. All mattresses have been sanitized by a professional company certified by the local government. The air conditioning will be properly desinfected after each stay. We have antibacterial gel at your disposal, as well as a sanitizing liquid in your room. If necessary, you can ask the reception for a disposable face mask (1 per person).

Public areas

All our indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as the hotel's contact points, are sanitized several times during the day with biodegradable products in accordance with national and international pandemic safety protocols. In the common areas, chairs and tables have been arranged at a safe distance of at least 1.5 meters, so that direct contact between people is reduced. The safe distance of 1.5 in the common internal area has been signalled in a friendly manner to comply with the standards.

Breakfast

The kitchen will continue to follow the standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation of food that characterizes us, this includes the government standards. All team members are required to wash their hands every 30 minutes. If necessary, there will be shifts for guests to have breakfast to avoid crowded tables. All of our meals are prepared fresh and on the spot. We do not offer buffet service.
