Impact Granada

Our mission is to help developing countries to build a brighter future by investing in education and work.

• We stimulate children to finish their education through tutoring classes, extracurricular activities, making education fun, and scholarships. All the way from primary school up to university.
• We stimulate local economic development by running a profitable business that creates jobs, income and professional development opportunities.

We opened our doors in the fall of 2008 and have been receiving guests from all over the world since then. The profits of the hotel in all those years have enabled us to support an average of 250 students in our education programs each year. In addition, we provide income and development opportunities to 20 Nicaraguans. We buy from local suppliers and we pay taxes, just like any other private business.

In 2016 we conducted an impact study of our first eight years being active in the community of Las Lagunas, Granada.
