Hotel con Corazón is located two blocks north from the Parque Central (“Central Park”) in Granada, Nicaragua.
From Parque Central (main square) in Granada
On the main square, you will see the Granda Catherdral. Facing the cathedral walk to the left. The main square turns into a smaller square. On the corner you will see the purple/blueish school Maria Auxiliadora. Exit the park, via the Calle Guzman. After two blocks Hotel con Corazon is located on the left corner.
From Managua city
Bus – From the UCA, Managua University, minibusses depart for Granda. Keep in mind, the last bus departs around 6.30 p.m. In Granada, get off at Parque Central. From here is it a five minute walk.
On the main square, face the cathedral and walk to the left. The main square turns into a smaller square. On the corner you will see the purple/blueish school Maria Auxiliadora. Exit the park, via the Calle Guzman. After two blocks Hotel con Corazon is located on the left corner.
Car – Take the highway from Mangua to Granda (‘carretera Masaya’). This highway goes to Granda, via Masaya. Follow this until you enter Granda. When you arrive in Granda, follow the road until you pass a park on your left handside (Sandino Park). At the end of the park, turn right. Continue on this road until you cross a small bridge. Directly after the bridge, you turn down Calle Santa Lucia. On the first corner you will find Hotel con Corazon, at number 141.
From Managua airport
Taxi – Because the buses, in most cases, no longer run during the times whent the flight from America arrives, it is advised to take a taxi from the airport.
General taxis can be found at the airport. The price is dependant on how busy it is and your own negotiation skills. If you prefer to make a reservation, the hotel can book this for a standard rate of $35. They will be waiting for you at Managua airport, even if your flight is delayed.
You can also make use of the Paxeos shuttles travelling between Managua airport and Granada. These depart once there are enough people travelling together, with a maximum waiting time of an hour. The cost for the shuttle is $18 per person and reservations can be made by the hotel or via www.paxeos.com.
Car - Take the highway direction Tipitapa, not Managua city. At Tipitapa turn right and take the highway to Masaya. Take this road all the way to the end, where you should turn left. This is the highway, via Masaya, to Granada. When you arrive in Granda, follow the road until you pass a park on your left handside (Sandino Park). At the end of the park, turn right. Continue on this road until you cross a small bridge. Directly after the bridge, you turn down Calle Santa Lucia. On the first corner you will find Hotel con Corazon, at number 141.
