Hotel con Corazón employs a Nicaraguan staff in both the hotel and the education program.

Employees receive a competitive local salary and are encouraged to go (back) to school to develop themselves professionally. The tutors participate on a regular basis in psychology and pedagogy workshops. Some others take English classes or work on getting a driving license.
